Situate in the locality of Giunco just 1.5km from the centre of Carloforte. The house is directly in front of the beach and just 50 metres from the beach. Villa Paolo is a semi-independent house.

The ground floor consists of an open space living room (with TV and DVD) with fireplace, and a full kitchen (micro wave and grill), and a large bathroom. The first floor consists of one double bedroom, one twin room (double room), one room with bunk bed, and a large bathroom. The exterior has two large patio's, one in the front and one in the rear and a large private garden.

Private parking is available for up to five vehicles.

The house comes delivered with a cargo of 3000 liters of water. Every ulterior cargo of 3000 liters has a cost of approximately 40 Euro that will be charge to the customer.

HOW TO REACH: The apartment is located on the Island of San Pietro. From Cagliari follow the directions to Iglesias SS130. After 44km follow the sign to Villamassargia and Carbonia and follow the sign to take the ferry crossing from Portovesme or Calasetta. When you arrive at the port in Carloforte take the first left and follow the road to the beach, approximately 1.5 km, then turn left. If you are arriving from the North of Sardegna take the SS131 to Cagliari, after Sanluri follow sign to Sammassi-Vallermosa until you meet the cross roads at the SS130 to Iglesias. Then follow the directions towards either ferry port.
