The villa is semi-independent, 10 metres from the beach. The villa consist of a small private garden situated in front of the beach in a private community. The house is constructed on three levels. The ground floor contains a large kitchen, a small bathroom, a large dinning area come living room with a traditional fireplace and a double room. The first floor consists of one double room with sea view and a twin room (or double room), one single room, and a large bathroom. The basement consists of a double with a large separate storage or living space. The basement also has independent access. The exterior of the house has two patio's situated at the front of the house with a traditional BBQ suitable for lunch of dinner with a beautiful sea view.

HOW TO REACH:
The house is situated in Nora (the Guventeddu locality), in the borough of Pula. From Cagliari you take the SS195 for 28Km and turn left into Pula following the sign for Zona Archaeological, Hotel Baia Di Nora or Hotel Sant' Efis. If you arrive from the north of Sardegna by car take the SS131 to Cagliari and from their following the directions to Pula.
