The Villa is on one level with a large private garden, two double bedrooms and one room with two bunk-beds - (accommodates up to 4 persons). Ideal for two families sharing.

The remaining of the house consists of a small kitchen and a large living area with fireplace, and two bathrooms.

The exterior has a large patio with BBQ in the shade of the pine trees. Private parking is available up to four vehicles.

The house is located in the locality of Santa Margherita/ Pula. From Cagliari take the SS195 toward Pula for 37km pass Hotel Is Morus, and turn left. If you arrive from the north of Sardegna by car take the SS131 to Cagliari and from their following the directions to Pula.
