Villa Rita Is situated in one of the most beautiful and charming natural sceneries of south Sardinia: Porto Sa Ruxi near Villasimius. The house is equipped with every comfort and near it there are the sea (150 mts) a tennis court, a swimming pool and a football field. The golf field is far around 5 kms.

In the house there are five rooms with accommodation for up to nine peoples. There are two bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms, the kitchen is down stairs next to a big living room where there is a lovely fire place.

There are also three bedrooms and one bathroom with a washing machine, but the best thing is the garden that goes down to the beach.
