The villa is found inside a small exclusive condominium called "The Oasis" because immersed in rich vegetation of palms, pine trees and many plants typical of Mediterranean scrub.

The house enjoys a truly enviable position: it is distant as soon 30-40 m from the beach and can be reached afoot comfortably along a private tree-lined street.

The villa is disposed on two levels and it is well furnished with furniture in modern style.

1 double room with balcony;
1 bedroom with bunk bed for two people;
bathroom with closed shower, bidet and w.c..

Endowments of the house:
mosquito nets in all the fixtures, air conditioners, television with antenna dish, refrigerator, freezer, steam iron and axle to stretch, hair drier, clothes dryer, electric water heater, capacious water reserve.

The entrance to the villa is preceded by a small garden. At the back there is a large paved courtyard completely fenced with hedges and where there is a big tent with a table for eight people, a shower with warm water and a great barbecue.

To disposition of the guests a private parking space in the parking lot of the condominium.

Solanas Beach, clearly visible from above, between the curves of the scenic road that leads from Cagliari to Villasimius, is formed with a charming inlet to arc, of white sand, long more than 1 km, enclosed between two rocky promontories of spectacular granite.

The sea is crystal clear with turquoise colors that blend with any shade of blue.
