In the area there are the essential services such as market, butcher, newspapers, tobacco shop, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, and a beach with a kiosk / restaurant, boats rental services, etc.. all reachable on foot through internal roads.

More services can be found in the town of Villasimius, only 2 km.

The whole area of Villasimius is a marine reserve and is characterized by beautiful sea, sandy beaches and a wide variety of marine life.

The house has two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, veranda, large independent garden (500 mq).

If you are 6-8 people, it is possible to rent the two Santa Maria's parts (cottage and mini apartment) as a whole, at convenient price.
