The coast of Portobello is an area still wild and uncontaminated with beautiful sandy beaches and blue sea.

Access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or visitors credited and tranquility and privacy is protected by the security service 24 hours on 24th

The Villa, exclusive for the refinement of the building and its interior, for the wonderful swimming pool about 25 mq with sea water, fro the large garden with grass around 1000 mq and for the closeness to the sea, only 200 mt make this structure a solution full of style and elegance.

The villa has two double rooms and one twin bedroom with two single beds, three bathrooms, a large living room with sea view and swimming pool with ornamental fireplace, sofas, a TV with satellite system.

The kitchen, separated from the living room, is equipped with electric oven and a gas stove and fridge with freezer compartment.

Outside there is a barbecue, a shower and private parking.

A private beach not equipped is reachable on foot through a small path. The sandy beach interspersed with rocky forms is suitable for children due to easy access to the sea.

Services: inside the private park there is a bar, a restaurant, a tennis court and a small supermarket.

Note: in the villa are allowed a maximum of 6 people, not pets.
