La Petunia is a nice little villa which makes part of a 2 family house. It is located near the beach of Cann e Sisa, one of the two sandy beaches of Torre delle Stelle, a resort in the south-east of Sardinia.

The house is completely independent and has an ample garden on 3 sides with double access, barbecue, external shower and two large covered verandas, the perfect place to relax and eat outdoors.

Internally, it is divided on 2 floors: it has living kitchen, little living room, 2 double rooms, 1 twin room with 2 single beds and bathroom on the ground floor; 1 twin room with bunk bed and bathroom on the first floor.

This is a simple home with comfortable spaces, only 250 metres from the beach, 2 minutes walking.
