Villa Ortensia Rosa is a beautiful detached villa built on 3 levels.

It is a well furnished villa surrounded by a wide well-groomed garden.

The house is located inside a private neighbourhood and the sea , with the beautiful sandy beach, is just 2 minutes walking.

Inside, the villa is arranged on 3 floors: at the ground floor there is a living with dining room and fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom, on the first floor there are two bedrooms sharing a terrace, 2 bathrooms and a little balcony; finally, in the mezzanine floor there is another room with 2 extra beds.

The villa has very good facilities with all the cooking tools and the guests can enjoy some canoes also.

The gardener comes constantly to taking care of the garden.
