Villa Soledo is locatede in Punta su Torrione, North Sardinia, at approx 4 km from Stintino.
At approx 500 meters from the sea and 8 km from the beach La Pelosa, 1 km from the beach Le Saline, and at short distance from shops, restaurants.
Closest port Port Torres at 15 km.
Closest airport Alghero at 30 km.

House facilities:
Air conditioning, colour TV; clotheshorse; washing machine; dishwasher iron and ironing board; microwave; water reserve. Fully equipped kitchen. Cot for children up to 3 years old.

External:
Wide garden with grass and plants, garden furniture, two veradahs, external shower; swimming pool, private parking. Small stair (10 steps) to access to the house.

Contract
The minimum rental period is one week. Starts on Saturday afternoon and finishes on next Saturday morning.
On arrival is due a deposit of Euro 400,00 refundable on departure.
In August the minimum rental period is 2 weeks.
Arrivals after 5 pm until 10 pm extra Euro 25,00.

Extra costs
Forfait consumption Euro 200,00 per week.
Extra charges to be paid on arrival: Final Cleaning Euro 100,00.
Pets are allowed (Euro 50,00 per week per animal).
