Villa dei Graniti is a wonderful villa by the sea built by a famous French architect, who reached to mix the surrounding nature inside the house.

The villa is completely set between granite rocks, Mediterranean plants and the blue sea of La Maddalena.

Its panoramic position offers fantastic views to the island of Caprera, the La Maddalena archipelago and the landscape.

Inside the villa there is a continuous up and down made of wall stairs mixed with rocks and covered with cotto floors, an unusual internal court made of Mediterranean plants and windows opened to small unique corners and sights.

The structure has been embellished by wooden beams and Gallura ceramics, used for the bathrooms and the kitchen.

The kitchen, is opened on the dining room and is connected to the garden and the covered terrace, where you can eat outside and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

The villa has three bedrooms: a dowble with private bathroom, another with a double bedroom with a loft with other two signle beds and a Twin with two single bed and exit to the garden.

Outside, the house is completely surrounded by the garden, formed by Mediterranean plants, lawn and rocks. You can enjoy a fantastic 360° view on the solarium located on the top of the villa.
