Villa Pilar is situated in Campu Longu which is about 5 km from Villasimius and about 1 h car drive from the airport Cagliari-Elmas and from the harbour of Cagliari. The villa, which is part of a two-family house, is situated in an exclusive position, only 250 m from the famous beach Campu Longu, known for it's sandy shore, perfect for children.

A few years ago the whole area receiceved the status of Parco Geomarino (Geomarine Park), and it is charactarized by very clear water, wonderful shores and a great variety of marine fauna which the passionates are allowed to admire and enjoy in peace.

The house is surrounded by a lawned garden of about 400 m2, and it has two levels. On the first floor you find the kitchen with all the necessary equipment and a microwave oven, bathroom with shower, livingroom with an open fire, meanwhile on the exterior you find two terraces, one facing the sea and the other one, with a wall barbecue, facing the garden. They both have chairs and tables.

The garden has a hot water shower and a private car park.

On the second floor you find a bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms, one double, one with a bunk bed, and one with a single sofa bed and an extendable single bed. Sleeps totally 6 people.

The second floor has central airconditioning, situated in the corridor.

The villa also has a washing machine and a water reserve.

In the nearby small boat harbour you can find all sorts of activities, like excursions and bike or boat-hire.

The centre of Villasimiusis is about 5 km a way and offers all services (post office, medical care, farmacy, banks, churche).
