Nichotel was built on August 2007, and provides the right armony between the simplicity of the modern design and the personality of the old building in which it is located. It is into one of the former patrician buildings on Carloforte sea side, in which, at a former time was the Greek-Turk Embassy, and it is next to the central square and the sea side.
